1. Use of Service
You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to break security, disrupt others, or violate laws).
2. Licensing & Ownership
Upon purchase you receive a license to the generated code in your kit. You may use and modify it for your projects. You may not redistribute the kit itself as a competing product.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by third‑party providers. Except where required by law, purchases are non‑refundable once a kit is generated.
4. Updates & Changes
We may update NextKit and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
NextKit is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
